Title:   Banana Smoosh
Category:   Breakfast - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian

Ingredients:  
1 large ripe banana
1/4 c chopped nuts or seeds
1 T nut or seed butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sesame tahini)
1 T raisins, dried cranberries or currants
Directions:   Mash banana well with a fork or potato masher. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve at once. Use as a creamy, healthful spread on bagels, quick breads or toast.
