Title:   Phenomenal French Toast

1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 t nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 t sea salt
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 c plain or vanilla soy or rice milk
6 slices whole grain bread
Directions:   Place flour, nutritional yeast, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium bowl and stir with a dry whisk until well blended. Pour milk into flour mixture and whisk vigorously until well blended. Let batter sit for 10 minutes. Oil a nonstick skillet or griddle and place over medium-high heat. Mix batter again. Dip bread slices one at a time into batter, making sure that each is well saturated. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until bottom is lightly browned. Turn over and cook other side until golden. Lightly oil skillet between batches to prevent sticking.
