Title:   Clean Granola

2 T honey
1/2 c water
2 T extra virgin olive oil
4 c uncooked rolled oats
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t sea salt
Directions:   Preheat oven to 275F. Mix honey, water, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Stir in oats; mix well. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet, making a thin layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, stir mixture well and return to oven. Bake 20 more minutes and stir as before. Bake 5 to 20 minutes until granola is golden brown. Break into small pieces with spatula. Cool and then store in a covered container. Try adding dried fruit and nuts after baking for a tasty, healthy treat.
