Title:   Rich Chocolate Pudding
Category:   Dessert - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian

2/3 c agave nectar
1/3 c cocoa
1/4 c cornstarch
4 c almond milk
2 t vanilla
Directions:   In a heavy sauce pan, combine agave and cornstarch. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into a big bowl or individual bowl. Chill until serving. Pudding will thicken as it cools. For a richer chocolate taste, use 1/2 c cocoa instead of 1/3 c.
