Title:   Chocolate Avocado Cupcakes

1 c agave nectar
1/4 c honey
1/3 c unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c soft mashed avocado
2 T vinegar
2 t vanilla
1/3 c almond milk
6 T cocoa
3 c whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 t sea salt
2 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
Directions:   In a large bowl, beat all of the liquid ingredients together until well blended. Gradually add in the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is wet and smooth. Pour batter into non-stick muffin tins or paper muffin cups. Bake at 350F for 18 to 20 minutes. Top with Cream Cheese Avocado Frosting.
Makes:   12 muffins
