Title:   Clean Apple Crisp

7 to 8 c sliced or diced apples
1/2 c agave nectar
1 t cinnamon
4 T soft butter
1 c whole wheat flour
1 c oatmeal
1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c agave nectar
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
6 T melted soy butter or olive oil margarine
Directions:   Mix top 4 ingredients together and spread on the the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Put all remaining dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Melt 6 T of butter and pour into the dry mixture. Mix the topping until well blended. Mixture should be moist enough to stick together but not so moist that it sticks to your hands. If it is lacking some moisture, melt 1 more T of butter. If it is too sticky add in more oat flour 1 T at a time until desired consistency is met. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until apples underneath are bubbling and the top is turning golden. Remove from oven and cool. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
