Title:   Jam Squares
Category:   Dessert - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian

2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c oat flour
2 t baking pwoder
1/4 t sea salt
2/3 c agave
5 T soy butter or olive oil margarine
1 egg replacer/substitution
1 c clean jam- or more if desired
Directions:   Begin with all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Gradually mix in all the wet ingredients until the dough is a thick mixture that sticks together when you pick it up. Press 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of a greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Spread 1 c (or more) of jam on top and then sprinkle the rest of the dough on the jam. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes. The squares are ready when the dough begins to turn golden on top.
