Title:   Almond Butter Brownies

1/2 c almond butter
1/4 c cocoa
1 egg replacer/substitute
1/2 c agave
1 t vanilla
1/2 c almond meal
1 t baking powder
1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 to 1/2 c grain sweetened chocolate chips- optional
Directions:   In a bowl, combine almond butter, and cocoa together and mix well. Beat in egg replacer. add agave and vanilla. Stir until well mixed and smooth. Add the almond meal, baking powder and whole wheat flour, chocolate chips if desired. Pour into a non-stick 8x8-inch pan. Bake at 350F for 18 to 22 minutes or until done. Brownies are done when they are still soft in the center and a bit jiggly. If these get overcooked they end up being too dry.
