Title:   Chocolate Chip Chewies
Category:   Dessert - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian

1/3 c soy butter or olive oil margarine
1 c agave nectar
1/4 c honey
1 t vanilla
1 egg replacer/substitute
1/2 c oat flour
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 1/2 to baking powder
1/2 t sea salt
3/4 c chopped walnuts or pecans- optional
1 c grain sweetened chocolate chips
Directions:   Mix all of the wet ingredients until well blended. Add in the dry and beat until smooth. Spread on a greased 8x11-inch pan [or 9x13 for a thinner "chewy" brownie]. Sprinkle on the 1 c of chocolate chips. Bake at 350F for 22 to 25 minutes. Chewies are done when they are still a bit jiggly. You want to undercook these a bit so they stay soft and chewy.
