Title:   Clean Graham Crackers

1/4 c soy butter or olive oil margarine
1/2 c honey
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 c water
2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c oat flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t cinnamon
Directions:   In a large bowl combine butter, honey, vanilla and water. Mix until well blended, then add the dry. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Dough will be thick. Roll thin like pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares and place on a non-stick cookie sheet. Prick evenly with a fork to give these a "graham cracker look". Bake at 375F for 8 to 10 minutes. If you like a crunchy graham cracker, bake 10 minutes. If you like a softer cracker, bake for 8 minutes. You can use this recipes to make a graham cracker crust for pies.
