Title:   Peanut Butter and Honey Cookies

1 c natural smooth peanut butter
2/3 c honey
1 T almond milk
1 egg replacer/substitute
1 c whole wheat flour
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
Directions:   Blend peanut butter, honey, milk, egg replacement and vanilla together until the mixture is smooth. Then add the dry. Dough should be quite thick and sticky. If you are a chocolate lover, you can add 1 to 2 T of cocoa to the dough or add in some grain sweetened chocolate chips. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies are ready when they are just beginning to get golden but are still soft to the touch. These cookies stay so soft and chewy even a few days later.
