Title:   Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies ****

1/4 c soy butter or olive oil margarine
1/2 c agave nectar
1 egg replacer/substitute
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c oats
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 c chopped walnuts- optional
1/2 to 1 c grain sweetened chocolate chips
Directions:   Beat together first 4 ingredients until smooth and then add remaining ingredients. Batter should be thick and not stick to your hands. If it is too sticky, add equal amounts of flour and oats until you reach the right consistency. Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies are ready when they are just beginning to turn golden but are still soft. If you take them out at this point they will stay soft even when they cool. If you bake them longer they will be a harder cookie.
