1 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t sea salt
1/4 c soy margarine
1/4 c nondairy milk
Directions:   Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir until mixture forms a ball. Turn dough out on lightly floured surface; knead dough gently 8 to 10 times. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Dip a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter in flour. Cut dough straight down. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
