Title:   Banana Breakfast Drink

1 c plain yogurt
1 medium-sized ripe banana
1/2 c nondairy milk
1 t honey- optional
2 T clean orange juice concentrate
2 ice cubes- crushed
Directions:   Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Garnish with a banana slice or an orange slice, if desired.
Makes:   1 to 2 servings
