Title:   Fresh Fruit Cup

1 medium-size apple
2 medium bananas
2 t lemon juice
2 medium oranges
1 t sugar- optional
1/4 c chopped walnuts- optional
Directions:   Wash apple and cut it into cubes. Place in medium-size mixing bowl. Peel and slice bananas. Place in mixing bowl with apple. Sprinkle lemon juice over apple and bananas. Peel and cut oranges into cubes. Place in mixing bowl with other fruits. Sprinkle with sugar if oranges are too sour- or use other sweetener. Mix all the fruit together and chill in refrigerator until cold. Serve with walnuts, if desired.
Makes:   4 to 6 servings
