Title:   Baked Three Beans with Pineapple

2 T olive oil
1 red onion- diced
1 can (16 oz.) dark red kidney beans- drained and rinsed
1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans- drained and rinsed
1 can (16 oz.) black beans- drained and risned
1 can (8 oz.) chunk pineapple in natural juice
1/4 c molasses
1/4 c natural maple syrup
2 T tomato paste thinned with 2 T water
1/2 c clean orange juice
1 T dry mustard
1 t Chinese five-spice powder
1 T curry powder
Directions:   In a medium skillet, heat the oil and saute the onions until softened. Combine all of the other ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to mix well. When the onions are soft, stir them into the bean mixture. Pour the bean mixture into a baking crock or casserole and cover. Bake at 300F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
