Title:   Tofu Sour Cream
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   The Shoshoni Cookbook
1 lb. silken tofu
1/2 t sea salt
1 t garlic powder
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 t rice vinegar
Directions:   Place all ingredients into a food processor, and blend until smooth. Use extra silken tofu for a velvety-smooth consistency.
Makes:   4 to 6 servings
