Ingredients: |
1 lb. silken tofu
1/2 t sea salt
1 t garlic powder
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 t rice vinegar

Directions: | Place all ingredients into a food processor, and blend until smooth. Use extra silken tofu for a velvety-smooth consistency. |
