Title:   Tofu Ricotta
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian

1 lb. firm tofu
1 t sea salt
1 t garlic powder
1 T fresh lemon juice
Directions:   Combine half of the tofu and all other ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. In a small bowl, mash remaining tofu with a fork, and stir in the blended tofu mixture.
Makes:   4 to 6 servings
