Ingredients: |
1 lb. firm tofu
1 t sea salt
1 t garlic powder
1 t olive oil
2 T lemon juice
1 T chives- minced
1 t dill- minced

Directions: | Combine half of the tofu and all of the seasonings in a food processor, and blend until smooth. In a small bowl, mash remaining tofu with a fork, and stir in the blended tofu mixture. Adjust seasonings to taste and refrigerate. Use as a low-fat substitute for recipes that call for Greek feta cheese. |
