Title:   Low-Fat Ranch Dressing
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Vegetarian Barbecue
1/3 c vegenaise
1 1/2 c soymilk soured with 1 1/2 T lemon juice
2 T chopped chives or green onions- tops only
3 to 4 sprigs fresh parsley
3/4 t garlic powder
3/4 t onion powder
Pinch cayenne pepper, paprika, sea salt and black pepper
Directions:   Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Makes:   1 1/2 cups
