|Directions:||Raspberry Ravish: 2 c frozen raspberries or other fruit pureed through a sieve/strainer, mixed with a little honey and poured over ice cream.
Pineapple Sauce: Heat 2/3 c pure pineapple juice and 1/4 t agave nectar or honey in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 t arrowroot dissolved in 1 T water and beat until thickened. Stir well. Sharpen with lemon juice if necessary.
Nut and Raisin Delight: Chop up 1/2 c peanuts and raisins. Put in a saucepan with 4 T pure maple syrup. Heat through. Add a little lemon juice if desired.
