3/4 c long-grain wild or brown rice
2 1/2 c vegetable stock
3/4 c frozen mixed vegetables- thawed
Directions:   Cook the rice in the stock for 10 to 15 minutes until almost tender. Add the vegetables and cook for a further 5 minutes. Drain if necessary. Add any desired seasonings or herbs.
