Title:   Blueberry Jam

From:   The New Vegetarian Cookbook
3 c blueberries
1/2 c honey
2 T lemon juice
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Directions:   Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for approximately 20 minutes. It is important to stir occasionally to prevent the jam from scorching. Pour into a clean jar and put into the refrigerator. The jam will thicken when cool. Keep refrigerate.
