Title:   Pinto Bean Dip
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian

2 c cooked pinto beans
1/2 onion- minced
1 clove garlic- pressed
1 chili pepper- minced
1 tomato- chopped fine
1 T tamari (soy sauce)
Sea salt to taste
Directions:   Mash the beans in a large bowl and add all of the seasonings. If you wish, you may place all ingredients in a blender and puree them. Serve with crackers or use to fill a pita bread and garnish with sprouts for a tasty sandwich.
Makes:   about 2 1/2 cups
