Title:   Lemon Rice
Category:   Side Dishes - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   The New Vegetarian Cookbook
1 c raw brown rice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 t olive oil
1 t onion powder
1 t basil
Directions:   Cook the rice as stated in the directions on the box, but to the water add the lemon juice, olive oil, onion powder and the basil and omit the salt indicated in the package directions.
Makes:   2 cups rice
