Title:   Eat-Clean Hummus
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Eat Clean Diet
4 cloves garlic
2 c canned chickpeas- rinsed and well drained
1 t sea salt
1/3 c tahini
Juice of 2 fresh lemons
1 T extra virgin olive oil
Directions:   Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse for a few minutes until well combined but still coarse. Adjust seasonings. Transfer to serving bowl and serve or cover with plastic wrap. Keeps well.
