Title:   High-Fiber Bean Dip
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Eat Clean Diet
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans- rinsed and well drained
1 1/2 t extra virgin olive oil
1 t chili powder
1 t dried oregano
1/2 small onion- minced fine
1 clove garilc- minced
Pinch sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste
Directions:   Blend the red kidney beans and olive oil until the mixture resembles a paste. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate.

Enjoy this bean dip with bread, veggies, in wraps.
