Title:   Quick & Delicious Black Bean Soup

1 t olive oil
1 1/2 c fresh pico de gallo or salsa
1 can (16 oz.) fat free refried black beans- no lard
1 can (15 oz.) black beans- drained and rinsed
1 1/2 c vegetable stock (add more if you want a thinner soup)
1/4 t cumin
1/4 t ground cayenne
3-4 drops hot sauce (Cholula or Tabasco)
Directions:   Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the 1 1/2 cups fresh salsa and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the refried beans, black beans, chicken stock and spices and bring to a slight boil. Continuing to stir! Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Divide between bowls and garnish however you would like [guacamole, sour cream, cheese, tortilla chips].
