Title:   Sweet Inca Porridge

1 c quinoa grains- soaked
1 c rolled oats- not instant
1/4 t sea salt
3 c water
1/2 c chopped dates
1 t nutmeg
1 t cinnamon
1 t best-quality vanilla
Directions:   Rinse quinoa with hot water, shaking vigorously to remove the bitter taste before cooking. Place first four ingredients in pot with a tight-fitting lid. Cover. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to low. Simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining four ingredients and mix together well. Turn off heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Serve for breakfast with berries.
