Title:   Blueberry Peach Cobbler Smoothie
Category:   Beverages - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Eat Clean Diet
1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
1/2 c skim milk
1/2 c blueberries
1 sliced peach
1/2 c plain nonfat yogurt
1 t Sucanat
1/2 t vanilla
Directions:   Puree all ingredients. You may need to pulse a few times. Slowly add a small amount of skim milk [or soy or nut milk] while blending if the mixture is too thick.

If you want to make this more "cobbler" like, then place the peach and blueberries in a small saucepan with a tablespoon or two of water. Cook till the fruit becomes slightly syrupy, and then puree it in the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
Makes:   1 smoothie
