Title:   Morning Hot Cereal Mix
Category:   Mixes - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Eat Clean Diet - Family
1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 c Cream of Wheat cereal
1/2 c Red River or other multigrain hot cereal mix
1/2 c wheat germ
1/2 c oat bran
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c mixed dried fruit [cranberries, cherries, blueberries]
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/4 c protein powder
Directions:   Mix all ingredients together in a large airtight container to keep for weeks.

To make breakfast use 1/2 c dried mixture and from 1 to 1 1/2 cups water to make 1 c of cooked cereal.

Mix and heat on medium-high until boiling. Continue cooking on low heat until mixture thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
Makes:   8 cups cooked cereal
