Title:   Mixed Fruit Crisp
Category:   Dessert - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
3 granny smith apples- peeled, cored and sliced
4 fresh peaches- peeled, pitted and sliced
1 banana- sliced
1/2 c raisins
1/4 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 c margarine
Directions:   Preheat oven to 350F. Combine apples, peaches, banana, raisins and water in a 7x11-inch baking dish. In medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter with two knives or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake in preheat oven 35 to 45 minutes, until topping starts to brown. Serve warm.
