1 c diced potato
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 t salt
Paprika for top

| Directions: | Melt butter; add flour and blend. Add milk and salt. Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly. Add potatoes, salt and pepper and sprinkle top with paprika. |
