Title:   MacGregor Four-Chip Fudge

1 1/2 t and 3/4 c butter- divided
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 T milk
1 pckg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pckg. (11 to 12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1 pckg. (10 oz.) peanut butter chips
1 c butterscotch chips
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
1/2 t almond extract
1/2 t vanilla extract
1 c chopped walnuts
Directions:   Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and grease with 1 1/2 t butter. Set aside. In a large, heavy saucepan, melt remaining butter over low heat. Don't let the butter boil. Add next 5 ingredients. Cook and stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in butterscotch chips, marshmallow cream and extracts until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set. Lift out of pan and remove foil. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
Makes:   4 1/2 pounds
