4 small carrots- peeeld and quartered
2 small apples- cored and quartered
2 T lemon juice
2 T clean orange juice
2 to 3 T honey
1/2 c raisins
4 romaine lettuce leaves (optional)

Directions: | Place carrots and apples in a bowl; chop with Salad Chopper. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. Serve salad on lettuce leaves, if desired. |
