3/4 c dried minced onion
1/3 c vegetable bouillon granules
4 t onion powder
1/4 t celery seed- crushed
1/2 t stevia
|Directions:||Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container; makes 20 T of mix.
To Make Roasted Potatoes: Toss 5 T soup mix with peeled and cubed potatoes and 1/3 c olive oil. Spoon onto a 10x15" baking sheet and bake at 450F for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
To Make Onion Soup: Combine 4 c water with 5 T soup mix; bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
To Make Onion Dip: Blend 5 T mix with 2 c nonfat Greek yogurt or yogurt cheese. Stir well and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir again before serving with fresh vegetables or potato chips.
