Title:   Pizza Crust *****

From:   Relief Society*
1 pckg. yeast
1 c warm water
1/2 t sea salt
1 T agave nectar
1 c whole wheat pastry flour- then add at least 1 cup more
Directions:   Stir yeast and water. Add the salt and agave. Stir in first cup of flour then add the next cup and more until a stiff dough forms. Knead for several minutes. Put out in pizza pans and add toppings. (Sauce, cheese, other toppings, then a little more cheese.) Bake at 450 to 500F for 7 to 10 minutes.
Makes:   2 thin crusts or 1 thick crust
