1 c milk [nut, soy, rice or lowfat cow]
1 c whole wheat- uncooked
2 egg replacers/substitutions
2 T oil of choice
2 t baking powder
2 T honey
1/2 t sea salt
|Directions:||Put milk and wheat in blender. Blend on hightest speed for four or five minutes or until batter is smooth. Add eggs, oil, baking powder, honey, and salt and blend on low. Bake on hot griddle.
For waffles: add 1 t wheat; increase oil to 4 T.
