1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c milk
2/3 c catsup
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1-2 T minced onion

| Directions: | Heat oven to 350F. Cook and stir meat, onion and pepper until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Cook macaroni as directed. In 2 quarts casserole dish, mix all ingredients. Add cheese on top. Cover and bake 40 minutes. |
