Title:   Miner Lemon Mousse

1 large evaporated milk
1 c sugar
1/4 c lemon juice
1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
Directions:   Pour milk into bowl. Chill until icy. Whip until stiff, beating in sugar and lemon juice. Line two 10-inch cake pans with half crumbs. Pour in lemon mixture, top with remaining crumbs. Freeze several hours. Serve.
