Title:   Miner Green Enchiladas

1 c sour cream
1 jar (15 or 16 oz.) green salsa
10 corn or flour tortillas
2 1/5 c shredded cooked chicken or refried beans
1 c shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
Directions:   Heat oven to 350F. Mix sour cream and salsa in ungreased pie plate. Dip each tortilla into salsa mixture to coat both sides. Spoon 1/4 cup of the chicken down center of each tortilla; roll tortilla around chicken. Place seam side down in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 9x13-inches. Pour remianing sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with additional green salsa if desired.
