2 T butter- cut in pieces
1 c hot water
2 c stove top mix
1 small red pepper- diced
1 egg- beaten
4 boneless chicken breasts- pounded to 1/4-inch thick
2 T melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c water
1/2 t dill weed
Pepper

Directions: | Stir cut butter into hot water until melted. Add stuffing, peppers and egg- stir until moistened. Spoon evenly over chicken. Roll. Secure with toothpick. Place in 9x9-inch pan. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 400F for 30 to 35 minutes. Heat soup, water and dill in saucepan- pour over chicken to serve. |
