1 1/2 quarts water
4 chicken bouillion cubes
1/2 c onion- chopped
1 c celery- chopped
2 1/2 c potatoes- diced
20 oz. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. velveeta- cubed

| Directions: | Boil first five ingredients for 20 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower and cream of chicken and heat for 10 minutes. Add velveeta. Heat and serve. |
