1 lb. stew beef
3 T butter
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c water
1/2 A1 steak sauce
1/2 c sour cream
Cooked noodles

| Directions: | Brown beef in 2 T butter. Take meat out; cook onion until tender. Return meat; add water and steak sauce. Heat to a boil. Simmer on low 50 to 60 minutes until tender. Add sour cream. Serve over noodles. Confetti Noodles: add 3 T butter, 3 T parsley and 1/4 c grated carrot to noodles. |
