Title:   Before-You-Know-It Bean Dip

1 can (15 oz.) black beans- drained
1/4 of a medium-sized onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1/4 c roasted red peppers
1/4 c vegetable broth
2 T balsamic vinegar
Dollop of sour cream [or non-dairy for Vegan]
Cayenne pepper to taste
Directions:   Drain liquid out of canned beans. Load ingredients in blender. Pulse until desired consistency. Serve warm or cold.

Use any desired bean for different flavors.
Add a cup of broth to make a perfect sauce.
Add 2 cups broth to make soup.
